Why am I passionate about inspiring & helping others to regain their health?

When I began my career in Health & Wellness 20 years ago, I never imagined the journey that would lead me to where I am today. I had built a thriving practice as a personal trainer and gym owner, helping people overcome chronic pain, injuries, and surgeries through exercise and nutrition, always encouraging an active, holistic lifestyle.

However, despite my best efforts and resources, I couldn't avoid illness myself. In 2018, I became severely sick with chronic inflammation in the form of Crohn's Colitis. At one point, I thought this disease would take everything from me, including my life. I had no idea that it would ultimately give me a life far greater than anything I had experienced before.

I now see my experience with autoimmune disease as the greatest blessing of my life. It has shown me that there are greater forces at play in our well-being beyond just diet and exercise. This journey has given me the tools to help others, as well as myself, in ways I never could have imagined. 

Life is an incredible journey, and our toughest challenges provide us with the greatest opportunities for growth. Every day, I am thankful for my life and my experiences, which now allow me to help so many others.
