Heal 30
Hydration
There are many factors to maintaining adequate hydration and cellular function.
In the Heal 30 program we focus on four main factors.
Sunlight, minerals, breathing and movement.

Participants of the program are asked to drink 1 ounces of water per pound of bodyweight every day for the next 30 days, avoiding alcohol and processed beverages.
A person weighing 150 lbs. should drink 150 ounces of water per day.
( This recommendation May very from person to person depending on medical and other factors)
The links I have included below will provide you with more information and resources on the subject of hydration.

Hydration & Sun Light

The vast majority of the water in our body is in the form of exclusion zone water, aka ( EZ water). EZ water has a negative charge.

This negative charge is what maintains a healthy cellular environment.
When the charge is depleted, cellular dysfunction ensues.
When the charge depletion reaches a critical threshold diseases including autoimmune conditions and cancer begin to develop.
One of the ways we can maintain EZ water is by exposing our bodies to infrared light (heat based forms of light) , such as sunlight camp fires, saunas and red light therapies..

Although sunlight is always my preferred method for red light exposure, this is not always possible. Thanks to technology we have more options.
Below are a few links to some of my preferred red light therapy products.

Hydration & Minerals

Water in the body exists with minerals. Water in nature also exists with minerals. Drinking mineral rich water as opposed to tapwater, distilled water and RO water is associated with better digestive, cardiovascular and mental health. Adequate mineral status helps balance, intercellular, and extracellular hydration and is essential to the healthy regeneration of all cells in the body.

My personal favorites for mineral supplements are
Tennant Products Raw Materials and fulvic acid.

Hydration & Nasal Breathing

The oxygen we breathe gets delivered to the mitochondria to make intercellular water. Without enough oxygen we will be
dehydrated on a cellular level.

Nasal breathing leads to better tissue oxygenation, this means less pain, more energy and faster healing.

Mouth breathing leads to dehydration, stiffness, pain and slowed healing. We must nose breathe if we want our mitochondria to make water for cells. If we want to stay adequately hydrated.

The Heal 30 Returning To Movement program teaches in-depth nasal & diaphragmatic breathing techniques specific for managing stress, chronic inflammation, pain, and fatigue.

Hydration & Movement

Movement stimulates facial hydration. Remember, fascia is a primary pathway for quantum communication. If it is dehydrated, its ability to conduct electrons and photons decreases dramatically leading to loss of coherence.
Sustained tissue compression for 2 to 5 minutes, causes facial cells to start making Hyaluronic acid, a molecule that pulls in water like a sponge to reestablish healthy hydration.

In the Heal 30 Returning To Movement program we use multiple movement techniques and therapies to stimulate facial hydration.
