AM & PM Routines
​​Our first thoughts and actions in the morning have a massive influence over how we feel and move throughout our day.
​​
​What we do be for we go to bed has a tremendous impact on how we sleep, and how well we sleep has a tremendous impact on our health and how we feel.
​​​
For the next 30 days participants are asked to follow a morning and bedtime routine consisting of prayer or meditation combined with breathwork, movement or physical therapies.
​
Participants should also turn off all screens a minimum of 1 hour before going to bed and are asked not to access screens for a minimum of one hour after waking up in the morning.
​
There is an immense amount of research coming out about how artificial lights ( especially at night) have a negative impact or health.

AM practices are movement meditations that will wake up your nervous, increase circulation and help you start your
day feeling great.
AM practices include breathwork, vagus nerve stimulation, and somatic movement. ​​
Heal 30 PM Movement & Therapeutic Practices.

The Heal 30 Returning to Movement Program includes PM recovery practices.

PM practices are movement meditations that help calm the nervous system to induce a deep sleep. This is one of the ways we begin to unlock the bodies natural ability to heal.
​
These practices will help you wake up pain-free and well rested.
PM practices include breathwork, vagus nerve stimulation, and somatic movement.
Alternative AM & PM bedtime recommendations.

For participants who choose to follow alternative programs it is recommended to find practices that help calm the nervous system and work with the bodies, natural ability to heal.
