Often times the first step to overcoming our most difficult health challenges is simply cultivating the mind set of healing.​

​​For the next 30 days participants should focus their attention and energy on activities that are uplifting.
​
It is recommended that participants read 10 pages of a self help, motivational, spiritual or empowering book every day and avoid giving their attention to social media, television, or news.
​
When it comes to your mental health, this guideline is just one step that you can take towards shifting your perspectives and improving your mindset.
For many people struggling with stress, anxiety, depression and trauma I recommend working one on one with a coach, or mental health specialist.

Rachelle Turner Wellness - EFT Tapping.

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
​
It is believe that tapping on specific areas of the body can stimulate the nervous system creating balance.
According to its developer, Gary Craig, a disruption in energy is the cause of all negative emotions and pain.
Though still being researched, EFT tapping has been used to treat people with anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), autoimmune conditions and more.

Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points of the body to restore balance to your energy field. It’s believed that restoring this balance can help alleviate symptoms of illness such as pain and inflammation.

EFT uses fingertip tapping to apply pressure.
