The Heal 30
Autoimmune Health & Wellness Program.
I began creating the Heal 30 program in 2021 following a 3 year battle with autoimmune disease.
​
Despite 20 years as a health and wellness coach with no history of illness, I became severely sick in 2019 and nearly lost my life.
​
After decades of studying nutrition and working in the health and wellness industry,
I had overlooked the single most important aspect of my health and I suffered greatly because of it.
​
The organic anti-inflammatory foods, supplements and specialized nutrition plans I had spent my entire career
learning and teaching about were of little help.
For 3 years I suffered as all of my treatments failed, including surgeries, biologic medications, and chemo therapy.
​
​It wasn't until 2020 when I began to understand the links between chronic inflammation and the nervous system
that my life started to turn around.​
​​
The lessons I learned while I was sick completely changed the way that I look at health.
​
Those lessons are what inspired me to take a new approach at my own recovery, and they eventually lead me to creating
the Heal 30 program- a 30 day road map to regulating the nervous system, calming inflammation, and restoring your strength
and energy.

My personal experience with autoimmune disease has led me to a better life than I could have possibly imagined.
It has also given me a deep understanding of what it takes to overcome major health challenges.​​​

As I regained my health in 2022, overcoming the chronic pain, fatigue, and internal bleeding,
I began to see that what I had learned from my experience could help light the path to recovery for others.

It is recommended that any adjustments to the guidelines be discussed and decided upon during your complimentary Best Start Strategy Session in order to provide structure and accountability.​
